| Description | Sheet music for piano and voice titled, “Tableaux Vivants” appearing as two folio sheets (8 pages total). The performer is depicted, in lithograph looking furtively out from the cover dressed in a top-hat and overcoat. Other scenes depicted in picture frames; a man without his jacket, looking drunk and about to drop the candle he carries disturbs a surprised looking woman in night attire’ the caption reads ‘mistook his room’; a couple holding hands, seated on a train with the caption, ‘engaged’; a man hiding the lower half of his body behind a large rock and pointing towards two women walking away carrying a bundle, the cation reads ‘a mean robbery’. |
