The cover features a lithograph of George Leybourne (also known as Champagne Charlie) in a mouse-trap seller’s outfit. A fifth stanza is listed on the inside back cover. The third page attributes the lyrics to H. J. Whymark, the arrangement to R. Hughes, and the composition to W. H. Montgomery.
