DescriptionSheet music for piano and voice, titled “The Whistling Wife”, appearing as two bifold folio sheets (8 pages total). The fourth page attributes the arrangement to John S. Baker. The cover features a lithograph of Harry Randall aggressively whistling through his teeth. A stamp reading “C. L. Cass[…], Stanley Lodge, The Brook, Liverpool” appears in the top right corner; a stamp reading “William Lea, The ‘Liver’, 50 - 52 Church St., Liverpool [center of stamp faded]” appears in the bottom right corner. Eight songs from Francis & Day’s Novelties Series are advertised in miniature on the third page.
