Description	For 5 shillings Mr Richard Godfrey leases property for a year to Mr Thomas Watkins At base of Indenture: At the very base of the manuscript is ‘The Mark & Seal of Richard Godfrey’ and a large ‘X’. To the right of this is a simple red wax seal. Despite having been mentioned in the closing text that it was signed by both parties, there is no signature or mark for Thomas Watkins. ON THE REVERSE Note of Indenture being sealed, delivered, and stamped in the presence of ‘J. Hinde’ and ‘Robt Hinde’. Summary of the Indenture enclosed, including details of the date, the persons involved, and a brief summary of the content
Notes	There are two large blue stamped papers glued in the top left hand margin of the main parchment. Upon the top one is visible the date ‘1807’. The top stamp reads ‘fifteen shillings’, and the stamp below reads ‘SINGLE.X. SHILLs’
