Page 4: Serves as both “front” and “back cover”, and contains details of date, title, and persons involved in document. At the very top of the page, a large ‘3’ has been hand written. [Document very likely related to ‘RB/DOC/LT/025, RB/DOC/LT/026 and RB/DOC/LT/028’.]
At the bottom of the “front cover”, an additional note has been written in with a typewriter, titled ‘ “S.H.C.3”. ’ The note reads ‘This is the Assent dated the 13th January 1951 referred to in the Statuary Declaration of Stanley Herbert Chapman which was declared before me this third day of October 1964.’. It is signed by ‘F[?].H. Fanich[?]’, a Commissioner for Oaths. The date, month, and signature have been handwritten with a blue ballpoint pen, and the signature with a dark blue ink pen.
On the “back cover”, there is a Memorandum of a New Trustee, dated 15th of January 1951, signed by Kenneth Redfern [?], Solicitors, 57 Balmoral Road, Gilingham, Kent. |
