Description	Smith advanced End £4000 upon the security of lands. Notice of payment made 8th May 1902. End requested that repayment be waived until 29th September 1903, and Smith agrees. At the base of Indenture: Signed, sealed and delivered by Frederick End, and witnessed by his solicitor.
Notes	Note at the bottom of “front page” reading: ‘This is the Agreement marked T.S.2 referred to in the Assertion[?] of Thomas Smith sworn before me this 11th day of December 1903’, and signed in pencil by ‘H.E.[?]ith’
