DescriptionInvolving Lilian Beatrice Rumsey (Wife of Samuel), Samuel Gurney Rumsey (of No.4 Freezywater Terrace, Enfield, Middlesex) (Nurseryman) and Charles Talbot (of Alton Lodge, Haverstock Hill, Middlesex) (Gentleman). Talbot loans £1000 to Lilian, and property deeds have been left with him to secure the repayments.
At the bottom of document - Indenture of Equitable Mortgage dated 12th November 1889. Talbot advances a further £500 to Rumseys.
