Description	Involving Thomas William Saunders (of Windmill Street, Gravesend, Kent) (Gentleman), Samuel Gurney Rumsey (of Rose Bank, Ash next Ridley, Kent) (Nursery Gardener), Lilian Beatrice Rumsey (Wife of Samuel) and Frederick End (of No.28 and 30 Wellington Road, London) (Fruit Salesman). Rumseys sell Rose Farm to End for £4900. Samuel also sells his agricultural equipment , trade utensils, and the things used in his business as a Nurseryman for £600 to End. £2500 is to be paid to Saunders to cover the mortgage.
