Description	Involving Edmund Rochford (The Elms, Wrotham Cross, Hertford) (Gentleman) and Frederick End (of No.28 and 30 Wellington Street, London) (Fruit Salesman). End has borrowed £5000 from Rochford. End promises to pay on the 22nd April next. For security, End gives land (including Rose Farm) to Rochford. The land is to be returned to End if he pays back the debt by the deadline.
Notes	On the “back page” there is a handwritten note entitled ‘Rochford v. End & another’. Above the title is written: ‘In the High Court of Justice Chancery [?] Mr. [?] Kikewich[?]’, and ‘1906 . R.N:915.’. The note reads ‘This is the Exhibit marked ‘E.R’. referred to in the Affidavit of Edmund Rochford sworn this 7th[?] day of August 1906 before me’. It is signed ‘K.A. Gradly’, a Commissioner.
