Description	Involving Christopher Lund (of Watt’s Terrace, Chatham, Kent) (Gentleman) and Charles Withecomb (of Fair[?] Row, Chatham, Kent) (Currier). Withecomb lends £80 to Lund, with lands at Gillingham (‘Gads Hill’) as security.
Notes	Written diagonally across the centre of first and second pages in large lettering is the note ‘Cancelled Money paid 13/2/1900’, and Lund’s signature is crossed through in the same ink.
PhysicalDescription	50x38cm, folded in half to form booklet of 4 sides.
