Description	Between Charles Leary ((late of Gillingham, Kent) now of London) (Mariner[?]), Richard Asprey (of Saint Mary at bill[?], London). For £15 and 15 shillings to Leary, Asprey buys land in Gillingham. At base of Indenture: Signed in a childlike scrawl by ‘Chrles Leary’ [sic].
Notes	All documents from RB/DOC/LT/089-104 were bound together with pink ribbon.
