Description	Between Charles Leary ((late of Gillingham, Kent) now of London) (Mariner[?]), Richard Asprey (of Saint Mary at bill[?], London) (Oilman). Asprey pays 5 shillings to Leary to buy land in Gillingham. At base of Indenture: Signed in an awkward scrawl by ‘Charlye [/Charlese] Leary’ [sic].
Notes	All documents from RB/DOC/LT/089-104 were bound together with pink ribbon.
