Troy pays Stroud 5 shillings to rent for 1 year land in Gillingham, together with the dwelling, Wharf, and creek there. At the base of Conveyance: Signed and sealed by ‘Henry Stroud’.
Notes	All documents from RB/DOC/LT/089-104 were bound together with pink ribbon.
