Description	Indenture witnessing the transfer for share in Wharf and cottages in Gillingham from Mary Hoar (wife of Edward Hoar deceased, son of Charles Hoar deceased) following death of Edward Hoar for a sum of £150. The indenture notes the inheritance of the property from Charles Hoar to Edward Hoar to Mary Hoar.
PhysicalDescription	Approx 52x40cm unfolded, handwritten in ink. Later markings in pencil. Double sided. Two stamps on top right. Two red wax seals on the reverse held in place with green fabric.
