Description	Indenture between Clarissa Hoar and Emily Eleanor Bennett concerning wharf and premises in Chatham. Clarissa Hoar sells land inherited from father Charles Hoar then siblings to Eleanor Bennett for £455. Indenture contains plan of land sold.
PhysicalDescription	Approx 62x54cm unfolded, blank ink handwritten on cream paper. Red margins. Later markings in pencil. Contains plan coloured with watercolour paint.
