Description	Document witnessing conveyances of messuages on Pier road from Charles Bigg to Mssr Haymen and Knight for £550, with previous mortgage still in place.
PhysicalDescription	Approx 52x40cm unfolded, handwritten in fading ink, held in red margins. Later markings in pencil. Double sided. Two stamps on top right. Three red wax seals on the reverse held in place with green fabric.
