PhysicalDescription	Approx 20x30cm unfolded. Black type on cream paper. Pro forma, filled in a later date with detail by black typewriter ink. Further markings in pencil and greyblue ink. Reverse has later stamp bearing words 'Assistant Controller. Estate Duty Office 3 Jul 1
