Description	Certificate stating amount of Land Tax due for Manor Street messuages (12 shillings). James Moseley redeems the tax by purchasing £22 worth of government stock paid in quartley instalments from 1799 to 1803. Items 1 and 2 joined in top left corner.
PhysicalDescription	Item 1: Approx 47x38cm unfolded. Certificate printed in black on cream paper bearing watermark 'Edmeads and Pine 1798'. Certificate completed by hand with dark ink. Paper seals affixed at bottom of document. Reverse of the document shows a black printed table completed by hand with dark ink. Item 2: 21x30cm proforma certifying Item 1. Printed in black and completed by hand with dark ink. Numerous folds and wear.
