Description	Two documents detailing transactions concerning 27 Middle Street, Brompton, Gillingham. First indenture is a mortgage between John Henniker Prall and Edward Wilson Jefferys for £300 and interest. Second indenture confims all mortgage is paid and the house is formally conveyed to John Prall.
PhysicalDescription	Bifolium, approx. 25x40cm unfolded. Handwritten in black ink on cream paper. Red margins. Later markings in pencil throughout. First indenture runs page 1-2, second indenture on page 3. Other features: Page 1: embossed red stamp on top right. Page 2: two red witness seals held on by green fabric. Page 3: Red embossed stamp and red witness wax seal on green fabric. Page 4: stamp on top right bearing ER monogram.
