Description	Three documents witnessing agreements between John Cooper of one part and Louise and Jemima Flenley of the other part concerning property in Chatham and Gillingham. First document is a mortgage, second with further charge and third is a reconveyance.
PhysicalDescription	Approx 71x50cm, 2 pages held by fold and thread at bottom. Black handwiritng in ink on cream paper, red margins. Handwriting covers all sides of the document with witness seals throughout. Stamps throughout.
