Description	Indenture witnessing the conveyance of a property between five parties, particularly concerned with passing of the property through family inheritance.
PhysicalDescription	Approx 72x60cm unfolded. Handwriting in dark ink on cream paper, red margins. Seven red wax witness seals at bottom held on green fabric. Bottom of documented folded and fastened in place. Blue embossed stamp bearing price of 2 shillings and six pence. Ink stamp in black. Later markings in pencil.
