Description	Indenture concerning the inheritance of Manor Street property following death of John Cheshire.
PhysicalDescription	Approx 72x55cm unfolded. Dark, compactly spaced handwriting in dark ink on cream paper. Red margins. Wear around folds. Bottom of document folded over and fasted with green fabric bearing 26 red wax witness seals. Two blue embossed stamps on left margin, one of 10 shillings, the other of 15, both joined by black ink stamp. Later markings in pencil.
