PhysicalDescription	1: Approx 25x22cm. Typed proforma completed by hand with black ink. Contains black stamp at bottom of document 2: Approx 74x58cm, two pages of cream paper with dark handwriting in ink. Red margins. Sheets of paper held together with fold at the bottom. Red wax witness seals, blue embossed stamps throughout.
