Description	Abstract of title to land in Ash in Kent. Series of entries detailing ownership and transactions, dating from 9th December 1878 until December 1894, where the property is transferred to the Rumseys.
PhysicalDescription	1: 33x44cm, 30 pages of cream paper with handwriting in several hands and colours. Faint grey guidelines. Page held in top left corner with green thread and red wax. Considerable wear and damage throughout.
