Description	Correspondence and drafts relating to the granting of a Charter of Incorporation (Royal Charter) to the University of Kent. The Charter was granted on 4 Jan 1965. Also includes later amendments and additions to the Charter, and the Grant of Arms, as authorised by the Charter of Incorporation, issued by the College of Arms in September 1967.
