Description	Contains a framed greetings telegram addressed to Mrs Ida Annie Butlin (Kensington) on her hundredth birthday from the Queen. The telegram has a colourful illustrated border that depicts a procession of the Queen's Guards playing instruments as families watch out of their windows above. Inside the frame is a floral paper napkin with the inscription "I. A. B. On Her Hundredth Birthday".
