DescriptionDeeds schedules to be used to find the location of specific documents within concertina deeds packets. The settlements that the deeds relate to include: the 1909 settlement, the 1914 settlement, the 1920 settlement, the 1st Sir John Ellerman's Will Trust, the 1939 covenant, the Houmoed Trust, the Moorgate Residential Settlement, the 2nd Sir John Ellerman's Will, copy deeds relating to the 1976 Hon. Mrs. George Borwick Reversionary Settlement, and 'miscellaneous documents'. Also includes two lists of files pertaining to the court proceedings of John Ellerman's will trusts, estate, and family settlements (E95-13).
