Description	Correspondence, financial statements, and progress reports. A grant was awarded for the Silence the Violence behavioural change programme and the development of the Monitoring and Evaluation framework. Khulisa provides community development programmes and reintegration and rehabilitation programmes for at-risk youth and young offenders. The STV programme went ahead at HMP Forest Bank (Manchester) and YOI Isis (East London) and was later expanded to include HMP Wormwood Scrubs, HMP Winchester and other London communities.
