Description	Papers relating to the grant applications of the Centre for Crime and Justice Studies, formerly the Institute for the Study and Treatment of Delinquency (ISTD). Grants were awarded for the expansion of the Centre and the "Crime: what it is, what it isn't and who decides: a public policy project". The project aimed to encourage more informed and reflective debate and policy proposals in relation to crime from the main political parties, policy makers, and opinion formers in the context of the General Election 2009.
